Crystal healing is an alternative healing technique for strengthening the body and resolving issues and patterns using various forms of natural crystals. Crystal gemstones carry different vibrational rates. By placing these vibrational rates within your aura, your aura's vibrational rates also change. Often crystal healing effects are very potent.
Clusters of crystals bring a "group" energy to it's surrounding area. Healing Crystals & Crystal Clusters are used to foster protection, cooperation, purification, harmony, friendship, intimacy and to break up negative energy in the environment. Flat crystal clusters are wonderful for "re-charging" a healing crystal with its own energy. Crystal Clusters are utilized in "cleansing" other crystals of negative energy. Cleaning your Healing Crystals
There are many ways to clear your healing crystals of negative energy. Here are a few suggestions:
Outside method: Place in sunlight, moonlight or rain for up to a day. Placing your healing crystals on or near a plant often quickens the process.
Crystal method: If your healing crystals are small, place your healing crystals on a quartz or amethyst cluster. Dedicate the crystal cluster for this purpose with a clear intent. Clean your crystal cluster every month or two in rain or sunlight. Amethyst geodes work well, too. This is a great way to clean your healing crystal necklaces!
Smudge method: Pass your healing crystals through the smoke of a scented incense such as sweetgrass, frankincense, sage or Dragon's Blood.
Water method: Place your healing crystals under alternating hot and cold running water for 5 minutes (or in the rain for many hours). It is good to have a water filter on your tap to filter out chemicals. Note: Stones really like the rain. It cleans much better than the usual water method when the weather cooperates.
Homeopathic method: Some alcohol-free homeopathic solutions can clean your healing crystals.
Sea salt method: use 1 cup of sea salt to 2 cups natural spring water. Place your healing crystals in the salt, and let them soak for the better part of the day. If the day is sunny, let them dry in the sunshine for a few hours, or if you have lunar stones, lay in the moonlight on a windowsill through the night. NOTE: polish may be removed using this method.
