Moving Through Fear into Freedom
Life in our present polarity (3rd dimensional) consciousness has been dark vs. light, bad vs. good, fear vs. love. To move into greater consciousness, we must be willing to awaken from our sleep in many areas of our fearful thinking. Our mind is a very busy place, rarely quiet, full of voices and choices. Often directed towards what is not,our mind takes us on such a dramatic journey that we think it is real. Yet, our world is how we dream it. Our dream becomes our unique reality. We are the dreamers of how we process all of the outside world influences and how we decide to use them. The truth is we have free will. Even in the most dire circumstances, we can chose differently how we rather process our lives. Living in the now with what is, helps us to move through fear and anxiety so to live in freedom.
Learn to Overcome Fears
Our soul, our God Self, is that inner being that is the true us. It is a very powerful voice that we can either follow or override. During the drama of stress, fear and anxiety you have the choice to overcome fear and work through it, or succumb to fearful possibilities. There are mind, soul and memory influences that affect our health, thoughts and actions, which create our reality. When we decide to overcome fear and free ourselves to live from our true Self, rather than acting out the whims of the misdirected thoughts, we attract the perfect life experiences to overcome fears and obstacles.
No Fear
By tuning in to our greater Self, purpose and nature, we offer ourselves freedom to carry on a life that is aligned to our highest, greatest good. When we align with the Isness that we call God inside of ourselves, we are Divinely guided out from the maze of the past and into the truth of the present. A place of no fear. When we tire from listening to and dialoging with the voices of fear, pain, suffering and disease, we will make peace with them instead of fighting them. Our physical body is our friend, which we must listen to carefully. It would greatly benefit us to listen to what our bodies are telling us. Our bodies can direct us to be healthy, happy and free. Our bodies can reveal what is out of alignment and what needs attention from us so we can shift, heal and remember who we are. By listening to our body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit, we can activate our best possibilities for our lives.
Facing Fears
Begin by making it a discipline to keep your thoughts in the powerful present moment. Intend to awaken in ways you have never imagined! Begin to heal yourself by letting go of fears, which no longer serve you, and open to receive healing and love. Passionately welcome new beginnings with a clear intention of love. Mostly, have fun and enjoy this process. NO DOUBT, NO BLAME, NO FEAR will bring about our greatest results! Let's decide to take back our power right now. (If not now . . . when?) Delay is senseless.
