Are you planning to live in the future?  

The next dimensional reality is a frequency in which humanity is shifting into more and more each day.  Our intuition, and senses are all changing as we consciously or unconsciously raise our vibration to match that of the 4th and 5th dimension.  Heightened states of awareness, compassion, and wisdom are just beginning to flourish.  As our bodies' systems align to higher frequencies, it is to also incorporate a healthy eating food plan that will assist us in raising our vibrations.

Healthy Eating Food Plan

As Spirit would have it, I was divinely guided to a spiritual healthy eating food plan that concentrates on a healthy diet of organically grown fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans and lentils, to cut out sugar and wheat, and eat only organic sugar substitutes such as organic raw agave. This healthy eating plan involves eating alkaline grains such as quinoa or millet, or low acidic forming grains such as oatmeal. The rule of thumb is that if a food is manmade, GMO, or sprayed with pesticides, then do NOT eat it!  Keep to a healthy diet plan of unprocessed foods as nature made it.

Drink around 8 glasses of purified water each day, to which liquid chlorophyll has been added.  If you can tolerate dairy without hormones, this is okay however; you might try on switching to almond milk instead.  Organic chicken and ocean "wild caught" fish in moderation is also okay if desired.  Since the higher energies are coming into the plane now, our body's energy fields are shifting putting a strain on all the organs of the body.  Therefore eat often and in small portions to make it as easier for your digestive system to function properly.

Healthy Food Plan Options

There are many possible healthy food plan options available; however this one focuses on preparing you to raise your vibration to meet the higher frequencies coming in as the Light quotient increases on our planet. As we shift out of 3rd dimensional vibration, this daily healthy eating plan supplies you with the nutrients the body requires to adjust to the higher dimensional vibrations. Try this simple strengthening, cleansing and nutrient dense healthy eating food plan for three weeks and let us know how good you feel on our Spirituality Blog. As a bonus, you may even lose weight, too.

Your Healthy Diet Plan
Upon Rising
  • Drink two large glasses of pure water to which you have added a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon or two of liquid chlorophyll.
  • Exercise in the open air. 

Breakfast
  • 1 tsp. spirulina powder and 1 tsp. of chlorella powder in half cup of organic apple juice - shake together.
  • 1 large cup of natural, unsweetened yogurt (Like Fave 0%) with berries (blueberries are best, then raspberries or strawberries).
  • 1 tablespoon of oat bran. You can add a squirt of agave you want to sweeten.

If you are busy all day, try eating two snacks spaced between breakfast and dinner to keep your body energized.

1st Snack: A protein drink Mix in blender:
  • 16 oz sugar-free almond milk. 
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder
  • 1 egg yolk (According to the book Secrets of the Fountain of Youth, monks in Tibet ate a raw egg yolk daily). Use the best organic, free range eggs you can buy.
  • 1 tablespoon of carob powder (for chocolate taste and nutrients), or vanilla.
  • 1 tablespoon brewers yeast (for B vitamins) Brewer's yeast is loaded with amino acids, minerals, trace minerals, proteins, and vitamins 
  • 1 tablespoon or more of Fo Ti Tieng powder (Fo Ti Tieng is a Chinese herb that can stop your hair from going grey and even reverse graying of the hair) It is a Yin tonic and anti-aging herb toning the liver and kidneys and increasing energy levels. You can also use Fo Ti tinctures or capsules.
  • 1 squirt of omega 3/6/9 oil (optional)

If you really want to pack your body with nutrients you could have two of these drinks per day.

2nd Snack 
  • Any raw vegetables, fruit, and/or a handful of nuts -walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hummus, a couple of tea spoons of tahini.

Dinner
  • A large, raw vegetable salad, especially leafy greens like: spinach, lettuce, kale, etc., (if you add fruit use only a small amount), steamed vegetables
  • A protein such as grilled chicken, fish, parmesan cheese, beans 
  • Alkaline high protein grains such as quinoa, millet, brown rice with beans.  
  • Use sea greens such as sea weeds, seeds and nuts, parsley and garlic.  
  • Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice or cider vinegar, mustard and seasonings such as tamari, ginger or herbs.

Remember to drink Lots of pure water and chlorophyll throughout the day and hot or iced green tea or other herbal teas.
